Systems-Centered Training® (SCT® ) enables individuals and groups to develop by integrating differences while exploring unchartered realms of social behavior. SCT® is based on ‘The Theory of Living Human Systems’, developed by Yvonne Agazarian.
After widespread success in the US, the UK and Sweden, official SCT® practice is also in the Netherlands.
The board of SCT®-nl is proud and excited to announce that in january 2018 a third Ongoing Group will start led by Ray Haddock (UK) in Wageningen. This group is open to all who have a deep curiosity for self-development and reflection, and particularly those interested in group and team development.
Participants will acquire skills for guiding their personal system through different development phases. They will also gain an insight into the group as a living human system with its own flaws , qualities and intrinsic wisdom.
The Group will run parallel to the existing two Ongoing Groups led by Susan Gantt and Mike Maher. At the end of each training day all three groups will come together for a Large Group event led by Susan Gantt.
The SCT® Ongoing Training Group will take place in Wageningen and consists of three x 2 dayworkshops on location and four x 1 hour miniworkshops done via conference call. (See at right for dates and time).
Registration for the course requires full commitment to the entire program, including all three workshops and conference calls.
