This study explores how an eight-week compassion training has improved participants well-being. The concept of a compassion training is a new phenomenon in the field of both mindfullness and psychological healthcare. In this study the experience of participants in a compassion training, designed and facilitated by Buro Nevejan in the fall of 2011 in Amsterdam, is evaluated in both qualitative and quantitative ways.
